Forms of delivery:
The carromshop.eu shop only conducts mail order sales. We do not conduct sales with personal collection. The main form of delivery is by courier.
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the parcel and indirectly on the dimensions of the parcel. The entire order is sent in one parcel and the customer pays the shipping fee.
- Shipping by courier to Poland – cost 30PLN regardless of the size of the order
- Courier shipment to Germany – cost 15EUR for all orders except orders containing Synco Platinum SE Black/Natural product
- Courier shipment to Germany – cost 75EUR for orders including Synco Platinum SE Black/Natural
- Shipping by courier to other countries – according to individual order quote. Ask for a calculation of the delivery cost to your country via e-mail: shop@carromshop.eu
The total lead time (including delivery) is between 2-5 working days – if the product is in stock. In other cases, please contact our shop.
